Here is Dr. Andrea's Free Online Self-Evaluation to help you determine if psychotherapy would be useful for you. You may print out the questionnaire to mark your responses directly on the Evaluation or write your answers on a separate piece of paper while you read the Evaluation questions online.
Using the following scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is "Not At All" and
10 is "Absolutely True," read the following descriptions and rate how well
the sentences in each topic describe you. Consider that the numbers
offer you a continuum of degrees, so that 1 is "Just A Little Bit," 5 is
"Half and Half," and 9 is "Quite A Bit." Your responses are confidential.
Only you know how you have scored on each topic.

I struggle in most of my relationships. I experience much conflict

SCORING:
If you rated yourself 6 or above on any of these responses, you will
probably benefit from psychotherapy. There is work for you to do
on these selected issues.
Telephone counseling can be either a one-time session or ongoing sessions. At the least, it certainly can help you determine if you need ongoing professional face-to-face therapy. Telephone sessions are useful for people who have difficulty leaving their homes, or people who require anonymity because of their jobs or community. Also, it is useful for those who live in rural areas where there is limited access to professional services. Telephone counseling can help with relationship problems, depression, anxiety, compulsions, co-dependency, marriage and family problems, friendship expectations, grief, and confusion -- in short, any human problems.
